Future home owners who go through Chris and Mary Watson: My name is Al Arballo, and my family and I went through Chris and Mary to help us in the process of selling our house. We were strongly encouraged to seek them out for their assistance through some friends of ours who were in the same situation. Realizing that we were new to what it took to sell a house and the entire process that came with it, we took the advise and called Chris and Mary. I'm so grateful that we found  Chris and Mary. I'm in the military and I was deployed at the time that my wife started contacting the two of them, and they went out of their way to ensure my wife had the knowledge needed to get everything started before I got home. From the moment I met them at our house until we sold our house it was nothing less then exceptional. On day one it was all about going through numbers at which we should sell the house to walking through the house with pointers needed to sell the house. They were both professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and sincere about us as a family. They took baby steps with us, and were very thorough with everything. They had paperwork, charts, and price listing of all the houses that were similar to ours that were on the market, as well as all the information on our house. They showed us how long the houses were on the market, and gave us their professional opinions on why. We had questions about a lot of things from pricing to what could we do to set ourselves apart from all the other houses. The thing I loved about them was they never told us what to do, but they encouraged us to do things the right way as if they were selling their own house. They were very up front with us and didn't try to treat us like we were naive. The thing that works well with Chris and Mary is the way they work together as a team. They feed off each other and know different aspects of selling the house which makes their team great. I feel that them being married and family oriented helps them better each situation that us as sellers or buyers need. Their really family oriented and makes them a stronger team and the vibe they gave off to us was they truly loved their job and they weren't in it to make money by selling a house. Throughout the entire process we were able to contact them with any questions we had, and it didn't matter the time of day. They were there for us when we needed them. The advise Mary gave us with the way we should rearrange the house to the little things that can add the WOW factor really were the difference of us selling our house. We were able to sell our house in 17 days, and I know we wouldn't of been able to do that without their help. I'm grateful to have worked with them, and grateful that they helped us sell as quick as it did. I would recommend them to anyone out there looking to either sell or buy a house. It was such a pleasure to work with Mary and Chris.  They got to know me and made me feel comfortable as I went through the process of selling and buying.  And they were patient when I told them I would have to take a break in order to have surgery.  When I bought a home, that wasn't the end of it.  They were there with answers to questions like how to reprogram my garage door remote.  (In fact, Chris actually did it for me). Mary even pointed out where people lived in my new neighborhood that she knew and I might like to meet.
